What we make

We make six kinds of video.

This page sets out what each one is for, who actually watches it, and where we stop. The last of those is the part worth reading twice.

The six, in full

01

Condition explainers

One condition, answered in the order a patient asks about it: what this is, what it does to you, what can be done, and what happens if you wait. These earn their keep hardest on the procedures nobody has heard of, where a paragraph on a web page is not what makes somebody ask their physician about it.

02

Procedure walkthroughs

What happens on the day. Where they arrive, what they will feel, how long it takes, who they will meet, and what the week afterwards looks like. Patients cancel out of uncertainty more often than out of doubt.

03

Pre-op and post-op instructions

The instructions your front desk repeats twenty times a day, as a video you can attach to the confirmation email. The sheet still goes home with them. The video is what they actually watch the night before.

04

Clinician introductions

Ninety seconds on who you are sending a patient to: what they treat, how they work, what a first appointment is like. Useful on your site, more useful attached to a referral.

05

Referral and service line films

Made for other physicians rather than for patients, which is a different script entirely: what you take, what you do not, what the referring practice gets back and when.

06

Social cuts

Vertical versions of anything above, cut for a feed rather than a web page. Made from the same master, so nothing has to be produced twice.

Where they run

We will ask where a video is going before we script it, because the same condition needs a different script in a waiting room and in a referring physician's inbox.

Beside the condition page

The video sits on the page that already explains it, and the two say the same thing.

In the waiting room

A loop of the conditions you actually treat, which is a better use of that screen than a news channel.

In the confirmation email

Attached to the appointment or pre-op message, at the moment somebody is deciding whether to turn up.

In a referring practice's inbox

Something their scheduler can watch in two minutes and forward to a colleague.

On social

As a vertical cut, on the days you have something worth posting.

In consultation

On a tablet, when a clinician has ninety seconds and the alternative is drawing on a pad.

Where we stop

Generated video is easy to make, and that is exactly why the limits below matter more here than they would anywhere else.

01

We do not invent clinical claims

Everything said in one of these comes from your own material or your clinician, and the script is approved before production. We are not a source of medical information and we do not pretend to be one.

02

We do not fake people

No synthetic person is ever presented as your patient, your staff or a real testimonial. Anyone who appears is clearly illustrative, and we will turn down a video that depends on somebody believing otherwise.

03

We do not promise outcomes

If a script implies a result your own consent material does not support, it comes out, even when it tests better.

04

We do not film

There is no crew and no shoot day. If what you actually need is a real clinician on camera in a real theatre, we will say so and tell you to book one.

05

We do not sell a stock library

These are made for your practice, your procedures and your protocols. Nothing here is a template with your logo dropped on the end.

Tell us the condition.

Bring the one you explain most often, or the one nobody has heard of. Those are the two that pay for themselves first.

Book a call

Book a call

Tell us the condition and who the video is for. If the answer is a page rather than a video, we will say so.

We use what you send here only to answer you. Nothing is shared with a third party. Please do not send patient information through this form.
