What we make
One condition, answered in the order a patient asks about it: what this is, what it does to you, what can be done, and what happens if you wait. These earn their keep hardest on the procedures nobody has heard of, where a paragraph on a web page is not what makes somebody ask their physician about it.
What happens on the day. Where they arrive, what they will feel, how long it takes, who they will meet, and what the week afterwards looks like. Patients cancel out of uncertainty more often than out of doubt.
The instructions your front desk repeats twenty times a day, as a video you can attach to the confirmation email. The sheet still goes home with them. The video is what they actually watch the night before.

Your clinician signs the script off. Nothing gets made until they have. If they cut a claim, it is cut.

The master, captions, a vertical cut and the thumbnail. Files are yours, on your storage, and you can re-use them anywhere without asking us.
Pick the procedure you most often have to explain twice, and we will script that one first. The script is yours whether or not you go ahead with the video.
